Terms of use
These terms apply to your use of moneybee.world and its pages (the "site"). The site is operated by Neon Global FZ-LLC, a company registered in the Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ), United Arab Emirates ("MoneyBee", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. About the site
The site describes MoneyBee products and services. It is for information only and is not an offer to provide any service. Use of a MoneyBee product requires a separate written agreement, which governs that product and takes priority over these terms.
2. Regulated services
MoneyBee provides payment technology. Where a regulated payment, money transmission, card issuing or virtual asset service is required, it is provided by a licensed partner institution under its own terms. Availability of products, payment methods and coverage depends on market, eligibility, approval and configuration.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
- Do not try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or other users' data, or disrupt the site.
- Do not scrape, copy or reuse site content at scale without our written permission.
4. Intellectual property
The site, the MoneyBee name and logo, and all text, graphics, images, video and code on it belong to Neon Global FZ-LLC or its licensors. Names and marks of partners and payment schemes belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility or partnership.
5. Developer documentation and code samples
Code samples in our documentation are provided to help you integrate with MoneyBee and may be used for that purpose. Access to the API, sandbox and production keys is subject to the applicable product agreement.
6. Third-party links
The site links to sites we do not control, including partner sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
7. No warranty
The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The courts of Ras Al Khaimah have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site.
